(b) The conservation covenant, agreement to reserve or some other form of binding undertaking to maintain vegetation shall include, but not be limited to, the following conditions: (c) The Permit Holder is to execute and return the conservation covenant, agreement to reserve or some other form of binding undertaking outlined in condition 9(a) of this permit prior to ground disturbing activities. |
