The Permit Holder shall revegetate and rehabilitate Areas 1, 2, 3 and 4 as shaded red on Plan 3825/2b (portions of Crown Reserve 687, Hindmarsh) in accordance with permit conditions 8(a), 8(b) and 8(c).

Where, in the opinion of an environmental specialist, the composition structure and density determined under condition 8(d)(i) of CPS 3825/2 will not result in a similar species composition, structure and density to that of pre-clearing vegetation types in that area, revegetate the area by deliberately planting and/or direct seeding native vegetation.

Within 12 months of undertaking revegetation and rehabilitation in accordance with permit conditions 8(b) and 8(c).
