In relation to the area cross hatched red on Plan 5410/3 (portion of Lot 10335 on Plan 206635, Boothendarra), the Permit Holder shall either:
(i) enter into either a conservation covenant or agreement to reserve under Section 30B of the Soil and Land Conservation Act 1945 to reserve in perpetuity 280 hectares of native vegetation; or
(ii) cede the land without cost to the Crown.
