Condition Milestone 1 - relates to Permit condition 8(a)
 
The Permit Holder must commence the revegetation project.

By July 2013 or a date otherwise approved by the CEO.

Condition Milestone 2 - relates to Permit condition 8(b)
 
The Permit Holder must adhere to a starting density of 2,100 stems per hectare with an overall success rate of 75% of the 2,100 stems per hectare. 

5 years after establishment.

Condition Milestone 3 - relates to Permit condition 8(c)
 
The Permit Holder must adhere to a composition of at least 18 local provenance species consistent with the mapped vegetation type. 

5 years after establishment.

Condition Milestone 4 - relates to Permit condition 8(d)
 
The Permit Holder must adhere to a target structure of 25% overstorey, 50% midstorey and 25% understorey. 

5 years after establishment.

Condition Milestone 5 - relates to Permit condition 8(e)
 
Selective weed control via hand spraying must be undertaken.

As required.

Condition Milestone 6 - relates to Permit condition 8(f)
 
Rabbit warrens must be ripped and a baiting programme initiated if the problem persists. 

Ripping - prior to revegetation works.
Baiting programme - for the term of the permit.

Condition Milestone 7 - relates to Permit condition 8(g)
 
Weeds and revegetation establishment to be monitored annually. 

For a five year period.

Condition Milestone 8 - relates to Permit condition 8(h)
 
Infill planting and weed control must be undertaken. 

Within 12 months of success rate in condition 8(b), 8(c) and 8(d) not being met.

Condition Milestone 9 - relates to Permit condition 8(i)
 
Photo points must be established at 3 sites within the project area.

Photographs must be taken before planting, the summer after planting and annually, for a five year period after initial plantings, during summer.
