Condition Milestone 1 - relates to permit condition 2(a)
 
The Permit Holder must give a conservation covenant under section 30B of the Soil and Land Conservation Act 1945 setting aside the covenant area (Lot 501 on Plan 40105 and Lot 82 on Diagram 18309) for the protection and management of vegetation in perpetuity.

Prior to undertaking any clearing authorised under the permit.

Condition Milestone 2 - relates to permit condition 2(b)
 
The Permit Holder must provide to the CEO a copy of the executed conservation covenant.

No later than 30 June 2016.

Condition Milestone 3 - relates to permit condition 3(a)
 
The Permit Holder is to prepare a Weed Management Plan to the satisfaction of the CEO, outlining the actions the Permit Holder will take at least once in each 12 month period for the term of the permit to remove or kill weeds within the covenant area (Lot 501 on Plan 40105 and Lot 82 on Diagram 18309).

Prior to 31 January 2016

Condition Milestone 4 - relates to permit condition 3(b)
 
The Permit Holder must implement the approved Weed Management Plan.

For the term of the permit.
