5-1 Fence the Conservation Area

5-4 Implement the Initial Conservation Area Management Plan, once approved, until the Conservation Area is ceded to the Conservation Commission of Western Australia

5-5 The proponent will arrange to cede the Conservation Area to the Conservation Commission of Western Australia.

Once the completion criteria are met, or within two years of a request of the Department of Parks and Wildlife.

5-6 Prepare an updated Conservation Area Management Plan

Within one year of ceding land in condition 5-5.

7-1 Prepare an Offsets Package for the approval of the CEO

Within two years of the date of this statement.

7-2 Implement the Offsets Package
