Condition Milestone 1 - relates to Permit condition 2
 
In respect to the area cross hatched red on attached Plan 2926/4a (portion of Lot 201 on Plan 55361), the Permit Holder must implement and adhere to the Lot 201 Beermullah Road West, Wanerie Rehabilitation Management Plan (Version 8218-2580-10R Final) provided to the Department on 2 October 2012.

The Permit Holder must commence implementation of the Lot 201 Beermullah Road West, Wanerie Rehabilitation Management Plan (Version 8218-2580-10R Final) no later than 30 April 2014.
 
Note: Refer to Implementation Milestone 1 for additional timeframes relating to implementation of the rehabilitation works.

Condition Milestone 2- relates to Permit conditions 3(a) & (c)
 
In respect to the area cross hatched red on attached Plan 2926/4a (portion of Lot 201 on Plan 55361), the Permit Holder shall enter into a conservation covenant, agreement to reserve, or some other form of binding undertaking to maintain native vegetation.

The Permit Holder is to execute and return the conservation covenant, agreement to reserve, or other form of binding undertaking to maintain native vegetation no later than 30 April 2017.

Condition Milestone 1 - relates to Permit condition 4
 
The Permit Holder shall cede, without compensation, the area shaded blue on attached Plan 2926/4b (portion of Lot 3909 on Plan 210000) to the Crown for the purpose of conservation.
